): CameraEffect
Creates a new camera effect of the specified type.
Parameters
- type: CameraEffectType
  The type of effect to create.
- intensity: number = 0.5
  The intensity of the effect.
- duration: number = 0.5
  The duration of the effect in seconds.
- color: Color = Color.WHITE
  The tint color, only used by effects that support one (e.g. Flash).
Returns CameraEffect
The created camera effect.
